Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free courier pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours; just keep the package ready.
Refund or Exchange
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange item.
